Located in the heart of Times Square in New York, Virgil’s Real BBQ is the perfect spot to get southern home-style cooking in the Big Apple. With friendly service and a family atmosphere, Virgil’s prides itself on its famous barbeque and exceptional comfort food. Only two blocks north of the Times Square 42nd Street subway station, this location is easily accessible from any part of the city. Once you’ve grabbed a bite to eat with us, New York’s Madame Tussauds, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! and the biggest Broadway shows are just outside our door.

Public Transportation:
Virgil’s is a short walk north of the Times Square–42 St subway station, served by the 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R and W trains, as well as the 42 St Shuttle. The A, C and E trains stop at 42 St–Port Authority Bus Terminal, while the B, D, F and M trains stop at 42 St–Bryant Park. The MTA bus system also serves the area, including the M7, M20, M42 and M104. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is approximately a 5-minute walk from Virgil’s Real BBQ.
